Will I have the same cleaner each time?

For our regular cleaning service we do everything within our power to send the same cleaner each time. If your regular cleaner happens to be sick or away, we are at the ready to provide a replacement cleaner. We assure you that each and every one of our cleaners is experienced, qualified and competent.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies when I book your end of tenancy cleaning service?

For your convenience, we bring and use our own professional-grade cleaning products and tools. We assure you that our cleaning equipment is of a very high quality.

How are payments made?

You can make payments through a bank transfer or cash. Please note that cash is given to our cleaners once the cleaning is complete, and bank transfer has to be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24 hours before the session.

Can I have a cleaner at weekends?

Absolutely! We are open seven days a week and we do not charge extra for weekend appointments.

Can I trust your cleaners?

Undoubtedly! We assure you that each and every one of our cleaners is trained to high standards, background-checked and insured. All of our employees are kind, responsive and well-mannered.
